This Legal Notice provides ownership, responsibility, intellectual-property, product-information, and legal-compliance disclosures for mondressya.shop. The site operates under the Mondressya trade name for a the United States-focused online retail storefront. This notice should be read with the other policies in this document.
The live site must identify the actual contracting merchant with a verified legal name, entity type, principal or mailing address, state of formation, registration or fictitious-name information where required, and a reliable customer contact method. General inquiries may be sent to info@mondressya.shop. A domain and brand name are not substitutes for legal-operator disclosure.
This pack does not invent an LLC, corporation, owner, address, registered agent, tax identifier, license, telephone number, or business history. The merchant must ensure that website, checkout, payment descriptor, invoices, returns, privacy notices, warranty materials, and state filings use consistent and truthful operator information.
This policy pack is effective August 31, 2026. The version posted when an order is accepted ordinarily governs that order, together with any product-specific disclosure and later change required by law. The merchant should retain previous versions and a record of material changes so customers and regulators can determine which notice applied at a relevant time.
Site content supports product discovery, comparison, purchase, fulfilment, and customer service. It is general commercial information, not legal, medical, electrical, engineering, installation, nutritional, or other professional advice. A customer should obtain qualified advice when a product or intended use involves safety, code, health, structural, technical, or regulatory considerations.
Nothing on the site creates a professional-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, franchise, employment, or joint-venture relationship. A sale contract arises only as described in the Terms of Service. A customer must not rely on informal content or a general article as a product-specific guarantee unless the merchant expressly incorporates it into the transaction.
Original site text, layout, graphics, compilations, and merchant-owned photographs are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Product photographs, manuals, specifications, videos, and brand assets supplied by manufacturers or licensors remain owned by their respective rights holders. Their appearance on the site does not transfer ownership to the merchant or user.
A user may download or print a reasonable copy of product and policy information for personal shopping, installation reference, warranty, or transaction records. Reproduction, republication, resale, systematic extraction, mirroring, modification, or commercial use requires permission unless a statutory exception applies. Copyright notices and digital rights information must not be removed.
Mondressya, the domain, logos used by the store, and any associated get-up may function as trade names or trademarks of their respective owner. Other product names, logos, and marks belong to their owners. Reference to a third-party mark is for truthful product identification, compatibility description, comparison, authorized resale, or another lawful purpose and does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement.
We aim to present material product information accurately but rely in part on suppliers and manufacturers. Specifications, packaging, model revisions, accessories, colour, texture, and availability may change. Screen and lighting differences can affect appearance. Measurements may be approximate or subject to ordinary manufacturing tolerances. The product delivered must nevertheless conform to the sale contract and mandatory legal standards.
For this store's dresses, apparel, and accessories assortment, customers must review the full listing and applicable documentation before purchase and use. Customers must review measurements, size charts, fabric content, opacity, stretch, care instructions, embellishment warnings, and intended use before wearing or cleaning an item. Contact us before ordering if a missing specification is material. We will correct a material known error and provide the remedy required for an affected accepted order.
A compatibility tool, search filter, staff suggestion, model list, or cross-reference is based on information supplied and does not replace checking the exact product and equipment identifiers. Manufacturers can revise parts and specifications within a model range. The customer should compare dimensions, connectors, ratings, serial ranges, and manual requirements.
Installation or modification by an unqualified person can cause injury, fire, leak, electrical shock, property damage, code breach, or warranty loss. Electrical, gas, refrigerant, structural, plumbing, built-in, or other regulated work must be performed by a qualified person where required. The merchant is not responsible for unsafe or unlawful installation to the extent permitted by law.
The site may link to Shopify, payment services, carriers, manufacturers, manuals, regulators, social media, or other websites. Links are provided for convenience or relevant information. We do not control every external page, change, security practice, availability, or statement. Users should review the destination's terms and privacy notice and should verify that they are on the intended domain.
Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and must not be fabricated, purchased, conditioned on positive sentiment, or deceptively attributed. Material connections, incentives, employee or insider relationships, and atypical results must be disclosed clearly where required. The FTC Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule has applied since October 21, 2024.
We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, privacy-invasive, or demonstrably false content under neutral published criteria, but we do not suppress reviews merely because they are negative. Submitted content remains subject to the user-content license and intellectual-property terms stated in the Terms of Service.
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability testing, malware distribution, credential theft, scraping that disrupts service, or another attack. Suspected security issues should be reported privately to the contact email with enough information to investigate and without exploiting or disclosing personal information. We may preserve logs and cooperate with Shopify, providers, affected individuals, and authorities.
Consumer products offered in the United States must comply with applicable federal and state safety, testing, certification, tracking-label, warning, reporting, and recall requirements. Selling a recalled or banned product is unlawful. The merchant must screen inventory, suppliers, and listings against relevant U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission information and other competent regulators.
A manufacturer, importer, distributor, or retailer may have a duty to report information about a potentially substantial product hazard to the CPSC under section 15 of the Consumer Product Safety Act. If an affected product was supplied through the store, the merchant may stop sale, preserve records, contact customers, cooperate with authorities, and arrange warning, repair, replacement, refund, return, or disposal instructions. Customers should stop using a product that appears unsafe and follow verified recall instructions.
We seek to provide meaningful access to the store's goods, services, communications, and transaction functions. The U.S. Department of Justice has stated that the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to the goods, services, and activities offered by businesses open to the public, including through websites. State laws may provide additional requirements or remedies.
The merchant should test navigation, keyboard operation, focus, labels, headings, contrast, text alternatives, forms, checkout, errors, authentication, and customer support with recognized accessibility practices. A customer who encounters a barrier may contact us for assistance or a reasonable communication alternative.
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy, FTC Act, COPPA where applicable, and covered state privacy laws. The live store must accurately describe cookies, analytics, advertising, Shopify apps, service providers, sales or sharing, sensitive data, retention, and applicable opt-out mechanisms, including qualifying preference signals where required.
Commercial email is managed under CAN-SPAM requirements, including accurate headers, non-deceptive subjects, physical-address disclosure, opt-out instructions, and timely suppression. Texts and automated calls require a separate assessment under the TCPA, state law, and applicable consent and carrier requirements.
The Federal Trade Commission Act prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices, and state unfair-and-deceptive-acts statutes may impose additional requirements and remedies. Product identity, condition, price, discounts, availability, delivery timing, endorsements, environmental claims, warranties, and material limitations must be truthful, supportable, and clearly disclosed before purchase.
Written consumer-product warranties must be presented in accordance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and FTC rules where applicable, including pre-sale availability. A clearance, final-sale, or 'as is' statement cannot eliminate a product-safety duty and may not disclaim implied warranties in states or circumstances where the disclaimer is prohibited.
California Proposition 65 may require a clear and reasonable warning before exposing a person in California to a listed chemical above an applicable threshold. For internet sales, a qualifying safe-harbor warning generally must appear on the product display page or through a clearly marked warning link before purchase and must also accompany the product using an approved method.
No warning should be added merely as boilerplate. The manufacturer, importer, supplier, and merchant must assess the actual product, exposure, responsibility allocation, current warning regulations, and any supplier notice. Other states may require product, recycling, textile, country-of-origin, chemical, or environmental disclosures based on the actual goods.
This Legal Notice should not be read in isolation. The Terms of Service govern site use and sale contracts; the Return and Refund Policy governs remedies and discretionary returns; the Shipping Policy governs delivery; and the Privacy Policy governs personal information. A product page may add a specific term when it is presented before purchase and is lawful.
A rights concern may be sent to info@mondressya.shop with identification of the work or right, the specific material and location, contact information, a good-faith explanation, and authority to act. We may request additional information and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a claim.
If the merchant relies on a Digital Millennium Copyright Act section 512 safe harbor for qualifying user-hosted content, it must designate and maintain an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the same current agent information on the site. This pack does not invent or register a DMCA agent, and the general support email should not be represented as a registered agent unless the merchant completes that process.
We may update this notice to reflect legal, technical, operational, or ownership changes. The current version displays its effective date. Questions, accessibility requests, safety notices, and rights complaints may be sent to info@mondressya.shop. Include the relevant URL, product, and order number when applicable.
